LINDY 39306 2 Port Dual Head DisplayPort 1.2 KVM Switch

A KVM switch allows users to easily control multiple computers from a single console (keyboard, mouse and display). Dual Head KVM Switches support two AV channels so that computers with two simultaneously used AV ports (e.g. in extended desktop mode) can control two displays via the switch. The Lindy 2 Port Dual Head DP 1.2 KVM Switch provides a powerful, compact solution for accessing and controlling two DisplayPort equipped dual-head PCs with a single keyboard, mouse and 2 display set. Four USB 2.0 ports allow seamless connection and sharing of USB peripherals and storage devices between both host PCs. Supporting high video resolutions up to 3840x2160@60Hz on two displays at the same time, this switch is ideal for the most demanding tasks such as computer-aided design, video editing, rendering and much more, which is only possible thanks to its ability to output a combined resolution of 7680x2160. The support of a wide range of USB devices ensures maximum compatibility with existing keyboards, mice, headsets, printers and more, so integration of the switch into existing environments is completely easy. DisplayPort connectors instead of fixed cables leave the user to use the existing wiring at appropriate length, providing flexibility and variety of applications. Installation in new or existing systems is straightforward, thanks to the small form factor and pre-installed mounting hardware. A lockable DC power connector common in industrial environments provides protection against accidental disconnection of the power supply, ideal for function-critical medical systems or manufacturing applications.
