Does this have mouse jitters like other kvms?

Nope. Works great! I use this as my daily driver for both work and gaming and the mouse and keyboard passthrough are perfect without any jittering, ghosting or delay. I'm using a mechanical gaming keyboard and a razer gaming mouse. No discernable lag at all.

Will this work with multiple laptops? I'm wanting to creating a imaging station for our laptops and have a single station for this, that way laptops can sit stacked up behind the keyboard instead of sprawling out.

Yes - it'll work with a computer as long as it has the capability to output to HDMI. I use a ThinkPad laptop with a USB-C hub and HDMI and USB connected through that hub.

How many cables are provided? The picture only shows 2, but it claims to have 4 ports. Thanks for any help!

It comes with 2 cables, but does indeed have 4 ports. So additional cables would be needed to use all 4 ports.
