Hotkey ports & USB hub ports
hotkey and mouse switch need to plug the keyboard&mouse to the dedicated keyboard&mouse ports. you can plug usb devices to the USB hub ports like printer, U-disk etc. NOTE: if some of the mechanical or game keyboard&mouse don't work well with this unit, try to plug them to the USB hub ports, that will work but the hotkey switch will not work.
If your two monitors conflict in 4K, try to change both resolution from 4K to 1080p.

How to get the audio worked?
the DVI output does not carry audio signals, so the audio signal cannot be outputed to the speaker.the HDMI output, please follow the steps to set it up.Windows7 for example
