Precautions:

Make sure that the connected computer, monitor, and DP cable used all support 8K, so that you can achieve 8K resolution. If the installation distance allows, the DP cable should not be longer than 1.5 meters, as cables that are too long can cause loss of signal, resulting in instability and other problems. Make sure the USB input is plugged in, otherwise the mouse and keyboard will not be recognized.

1. Use 1 DP cable and 1 USB 3.0 cable to connect "PC1-DP1 and USB 3.0 interface".
2. Use 1 DP cable and 1 USB 3.0 cable to connect "PC2-DP2 and USB 3.0 interface".
3. Use 1 DP cable to connect 1 monitor to the "DP OUT port" on the KVM.
4. Connect the keyboard and mouse to the USB 3.0 port on the KVM.
    

Suggestion:

DP KVM does not support the use of adapters that convert sources such as DVI/VGA/HDMI to DisplayPort signals.
