The BG-EXD-150C is a 4K60 DisplayPort (DP) range extender capable of transmitting DP video, bi-directional IR, and RS-232 control signals, as well as USB KVM signals. It can transmit signals over distances of up to 328ft/100m for a 4K60 signal and 492ft/150m for a 1080P signal using a single CAT6 cable. The BG-EXD-150C converts the Display Port signal into a standard Ethernet signal, which enables enhanced long-distance DP transmission. With the bi-directional IR signal pass-through feature, users can easily control the signal source device or the display device using a remote. The extender can support video resolutions of up to 4K2K@60Hz YUV 4:4:4 and provides a bi-directional POC function as well. Furthermore, with support for DisplayPort 1.2, this extender facilitates the transmission of visually lossless 4K Ultra HD resolutions, making it ideal for striking digital signage or detailed content in medical settings. The extender is also compatible with lossless audio formats, including DTS-HD and other modern audio formats, enhancing video content with powerful multi-channel sound, thus elevating the viewer's experience.
