I'm not able to display both PCs at the same time, each PC on a separate monitor. All connections are correct. Is there anywhere I can get support?

That is not how KVMs are supposed to work. It is one or the other computer at a time. What you are likely looking for is a switchable USB hub if you are only looking to switch the Keyboard and Mouse only while keeping the monitors displaying from both computers simultaneously. (or you can likely just plug the monitors directly into the computers and use this for only the mouse/keyboard)
