Q: What type of PC host do you need?
A: Two PC hosts that support three screens (2,HD and 1,DP) output.
Q: What if one of the computer hosts has two DP interfaces and an HD port?
A: For the HD port and one of the DP ports, please connect them directly to the KVM via DP cable and HD cable; For another DP port, please use the active DisplayPort to connect the HD adapter.
Q: My laptop has three USB-C outputs, can I use them?
A: Yes, but you will need two separate USB-C to DP cables and a separate USB-C to HD cable or a USB-C docking station with 2-inch HD and DP ports.
Q: Can I only use USB-C output?
A: Not recommended; If you need to use it, you need to buy an MST docking station that supports dual HD and DP output.

HDMI: supports resolutions up to 8K@60Hz/4K@144Hz; 20Hz 20Hz and with low higher resolutions. Please use DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 cable to connect the KVM switch to three monitors. Otherwise, you will not enjoy the best resolution or there is no display at all.
