    A: Web access is available on LAN only. For WAN (internet) access, use the ONE KVM APP, which supports both LAN and WAN connections.

     

    Q: Do I need to configure port forwarding or a VPN to use ZeroTier?

    A: No. The built-in ZeroTier enables secure P2P cross-network KVM control without port forwarding or VPN configuration.

     

    Q: Which computers support the remote ATX power on/off feature?

    A: ATX power control is for desktop PCs only. Connect the included Dupont cable between the motherboard F_PANEL header and the KVM's ATX port to enable remote power on/off.

     

    Q: What resolution and latency does the ONE-KVM support?

    A: The ONE-KVM supports up to 3840x2160@60Hz resolution with less than 60ms delay, using H.264 hardware encoding for remote transmission.
