Note:

1. For PS4 and FIRESTICK we strongly suggest to connect the HDMI NO. 5 input port while apply on TV or projector. (Other HDMI input ports also does work). If no sound please restart this HDMI device again.

2. We recommend to use standard 19+1 HDMI cable for improve performance and stability. The length of the input HDMI cable is less than 16 ft (5 meters).

3. The remote control distance is less than 10ft. (3 meters). To get a smooth hdmi switch, it is recommended to tear off the film of the surface before use.

4. Please make sure to plug in all the input devices firstly and then power on.

5. Please pull out the plastic film from the bottom of the remote control and start to use.
