Connection: Each computer requires two DP cables and one USB A to B cable (four USB A to B cables included; DP cables are not included).Step 1: Power the KVM switch using the provided adapter.Step 2: Connect each computer with two DP cables and one USB A to B cable to the corresponding DP and USB-B ports on the KVM switch. Repeat this setup for all four PCs.Step 3: Connect your keyboard and mouse to the labeled USB KVM ports on the switch. Connect the wired remote controller to the SW port. Supports HDMI/VGA/DVI/USB-C to DP adapters or cables, but please ensure they support up to 8K resolution.The left/right DP port order is flexible; monitor order can be adjusted in the display settings on your PC.
1. Check Cable Connections: Ensure all DisplayPort cables are securely connected to both the KVM switch and your computers. Use high-quality DP 1.4 cables to ensure stable signal transmission. If using an adapter, confirm that it supports 8K resolution and dual monitor output.
2. Verify Power Supply: Use the included power adapter to ensure stable power delivery. Avoid using passive USB power sources, as they may cause switching failures.
3. Adjust Display Settings: On Windows: Press Win + P and select "Extend" or "Duplicate" mode. On Mac: Go to System Settings > Displays, and make sure both monitors are detected.
4. Reinitialize the KVM Switch: Step 1: Power off the KVM switch and all connected computers. Step 2: Disconnect and reconnect the cables. Step 3: Power on the KVM switch before turning on the computers.
5. Test with a Single Monitor
If dual monitors do not work, test with only one monitor to isolate the issue.
6. Ensure Proper Switching Method
If using keyboard hotkeys, confirm that the correct key combination is used.
