Windows Only - This model is exclusively for Windows. Unlike traditional Quad monitor DP KVMs that require Four DP ports from each computer, our KVM switch takes advantage of the MST feature, enabling two DP ports per computer to handle Four 4K@60Hz displays (2 HDMI 2 DP). Regarding adapters and converter cables: Only the Type-C to DP converter cable or adapter is compatible with this KVM switch. Please refrain from using other adapters, such as HDMI, DVI, or MINI DP, as they are not compatible.For Window Laptops: Before making a purchase, verify your laptop's port type and version. For each port, you can achieve dual monitor outputs:

Ensure the hotkey function is activated. Plug your mouse and keyboard into the dedicated slots for each. To switch to the other computer, press the right [CTRL] key twice, then press [1, 2, 3, or 4], followed by [Enter] to choose a computer. Mouse switching: double-click the scroll wheel, then click the [left mouse button] or [right mouse button]. The left mouse button will cycle through the computers in descending order (4, 3, 2, 1), while the right mouse button will cycle in ascending order. For the wired remote, simply plug it into the front panel, and you're all set.
Contrary to traditional Quad monitor DP KVMs that require 4 DP ports from each computer, our KVM switch utilizes the MST feature, allowing just 2 DP port per computer to manage 4 * 4K@60Hz displays (2HDMI + 2 DP).
