The Dual Monitor kvm Switch displayport has four switching modes, Mouse hotkey ,Keyboard hotkey,Boutton switching,wired switching .
If the dp kvm switch 2 monitors 2 computers cannot detect your Mouse or your keyboard, please just chose hotkey though to touch the hotkey button.then you can use button switching and wired switchingAnd you can email to us,we will try our best to fix the problem.
There are four ways to Switch PC-A TO PC-B
1. Button mode: push the switch button on the dual monitor kvm displayport indicated ,you can switch to PC-A or PC-B by pushing the switch button
2. Wired remote button mode: you can switch PC-A or PC-B by Wired remote button which connect to the dp kvm switch dual monitor
3. Mouse mode: Double Click the middle Roller of mouse +LB(Left Button) ,you can switch to PC-A, Double Click the middle roller of mouse +RB(Right Button),you can switch to PC-B.
4. Keyboard Hotkey Mode: You need to put the Hotkey button,them the Hotkey indcate on
Right Control two times and number 1 and EnterRight Ctrl+Right ctrl+1+Enteryou will switch to PC-A, and Right Ctrl+Right ctrl+2+Enter you will switch to PC-B. You can use Keyboard Hotkey Right Ctrl+Right ctrl+B+Enter to turn off or turn on the Beep for the dual monitor kvm switch.Thank you!
