If I have two 1070ti graphics card, does that mean I have to buy two of these to work?

they will work, however the manufacturer recommends 2 the same for better compatibility..

Will this work 2070Super to 1070?

It's my understanding that an SLI cable won't work between two cards with different GPUs. In my case, I chained a few old 970s together for my kid's computer.

Does this work with two gtx 960s?
