Easy to Use
Method 1: Connect with Alligator Battery Clamps
This connecting way can provide you max 500 watts continues 110v AC output. When your vehicle battery voltage is under 11V, it will trigger input under-voltage protection and avoid to drain your vehicle battery.
Method 2: Connect with Cigarette Lighter Plug
This connecting way can provide you max 150 watts continues 110v AC output. Why the output is less than 150W ? Because the circuit limitation of most vehicle cigarette lighter socket fuse is LESS than 10A, if the max input DC voltage reaches 15V, then the max AC output from inverter is around 150W.(P=U*I) If you need more power output,please connect the inverter to vehicle battery with the 2 clamps Directly.
External Replaceable Fuses
Built in 2*40A Replaceable fuses, protect your device from over-current, over load damage. 2 pcs of spare 40 amps fuses is included in package.
Cautions:
- This is a Modified Sine Wave Power Inverter, applied for DC 11V - 15V, not for DC 24V.
- Due to the fuse protection of vehicle cigarette lighter socket, the AC output can reach up to 150W when you connecting it with cigarette lighter plug. If you need the max 500W power output, please connect it to the vehicle battery with the clamps Directly.
- The cooling fan is quiet and smart, will rotate at different speed according to the power load and temperature inside.So don't worry if the fan doesn't come on while the power load is low.
- Do not leave the power inverter at the ON position for long time while your car is off.
- Do not power electric appliances exceed 500 watts,some appliances may not be able to run due to the imperfection of Modified Sine Wave technology, such as hair straightener, hair curlers, Electric Blanket, heater/heating pad etc.This is not item quality issue,but if this happens,please change to appliances with smaller rating power OR use a pure sine wave inverter.
