Why isn't my SD or microSD card recognized?
The USB 3.0 hub includes both SD and microSD card slots, making it easy to read SDHC, SD, micro SDXC, micro SDHC, micro SD, and MMC cards. Please note that only one memory card can be accessed at a time.
Why isn't my USB flash drive or external drive detected?
Make sure the desktop usb hub is connected directly to your computer and the device is fully inserted. When using multiple USB devices or higher-power drives, an optional 5V/2A power adapter can help provide more stable operation.
Is the card reader slots fast enough for transferring photos and videos from my camera card?
The SD card reader slots supports USB 2.0 speed, up to 480Mbps, or about 60MB/s in theory. It works well for everyday photos, documents, and files. For large videos or frequent high-speed transfers, actual speeds may vary.
