How To Test ?
Testing Grounding Plug
To check the continuity of the grounding plug, please set the multimeter to the beeper test mode, then the positive and negative probes touch the metal inside of the small holes on the grounding plug; you should hear a beep.
Testing Wrist Strap

when testing for its continuity on most meters and will need to be tested in a different way, such as by measuring overall resistance.
