Q1: Why won’t the switch connect to APP?
A: This switch supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. It is not compatible with 5GHz networks. Please ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz signal. If you have a dual-band router, temporarily disable 5GHz or separate the networks during setup.
Q2: Can I use the switch with smart bulbs?
A: No, this switch is not compatible with smart bulbs or bulbs with built-in remote. It only works with dimmable, non-smart LED (max 150W), CFL (max 150W), or incandescent bulbs (max 400W). Using incompatible bulbs may cause flickering or malfunction.
Q3: Why does my light flicker or not dim properly?
A: This usually happens if a non-dimmable or incompatible bulb is used. Please ensure your bulb is a dimmable, non-smart type within the supported wattage range.
