Yes it is compatible with Windows 10 Pro and a Suface 4.  It is their current Office Suite without a Subscription (Office 365)

Hi.  You simply go to office dot com slash setup (sorry but I can't post the web address) and log in or create an account.  You then add the product key and it links it to your account for activation.  It will also give you download options (32 or 64 bit versions).  Pretty simple.  Download could be several gigabytes so a fast download speed helps.

do any Microsoft office products come with cd's anymore?

No, but you can go to a URL on the product key card and choose the "install from a disc" option after you've entered the key code and signed in. Then it will give you the option to create a DVD, and it will give you a product key for the disc install.

What is the best way to get my current Outlook 2007 addressbook loaded to Outlook 2016?

1) Open Outlook 2017 and choose "File".
2)Choose "Open & Export".
3)Choose "Import/Export".
4)In the list choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".
5)Choose "Comma Separated Values" and click "Next".
6)In the Import a File look for your Outlook 2016 contact file and use the default option "Allow duplicates to be created" and click "Next".
7)n the Select a destination folder box, scroll to the top if needed and select the Contacts folder and click "Next".
8)I think this part will say "Import contacts to folder" you might need to check in the box or just click "Finish".
That should be it.

This product states one computer, but how many installs on that one computer does the software allow?  Periodically over the years I have had crashes or viruses that require a "clean install".  Thanks.

In order to use this software you must create an account with Microsoft. As long as you do not misplace your username and password for the account you are allowed to reload the software as many times as necessary.

How does my current Outlook (2007) address book transfer to the new Outlook 2016?

If you install Office 20016 on the computer before removing 2007 then the first time you open Outlook it will upgrade the file format to the 2016 version and import your contacts.
