Can it be used with non-magnetic cases?
Yes, we also provide an additional magnetic ring. For phones or phone cases that do not support with magsafe, you can bond the magnetic ring to your phone or phone case, and then use it.(Notice: Magnetic rings have strong adhesion, use with caution)
Can it be stuck on the wall?
Best not to stick it on walls. It'll stick just fine to smooth, shiny stuff like tiles and mirrors, but it won't hold on textured or rough walls because air can get underneath the suction cup.
Can I leave it suctioned on the mirror all day?
No, we recommend using it for half an hour to avoid damaging your phone, and it is best to disassemble it when not in use to maintain optimal condition. If you use it for a while, be sure to check it and press it occasionally.
Can the suction cup still be used if there is dust on it?
Yes, but you need to clean the suction cup with tap water and then wipe it dry. Keeping clean and dry can better adhere.
