I placed the hook on the wrong spot. Can I repostion it?
You can remove the hook, but the adhesive won't be as strong as it used to be. It loses its stickiness. So please be cautious before placing.
What surface would you recommand to use on?
We highly recommand to used on SMOTH surface for best result. Avoid using the hooks on textured, uneven, wall paper or painted wall.
Can I reuse the hook if it falled from the surface?
Unfortunately, once the hook falls off the surface, it loses stickiness. If you try to reattach it to the wall, it is highly likely to fall off again with items. We do not recommend using it for overweight itmes and inapplicable surfaces.
