What door is NOT fit for our hanger?
Copper doors, Zinc alloy doors, Aluminum doors, Aluminum alloy doors
Wood Door, Glass Door, Stainless Steel door, Door with Foam Core, Painted Metal Door
It may be difficult to distinguish which kind of door belongs to. We suggest following these steps to rule out any issues:
1. Consult the supplier of the door
2. Open the door website, and check the detailed description of the door. If there is foam, wood, and cement in the middle, there is no or weak magnetic attraction.
3. Check if there are magnetic stones or similar magnetic products at home, and first try to see if they can be attached to the door.
4. For Copper doors, Zinc alloy doors, Aluminum doors, Aluminum alloy doors. The four kind of door is relatively expensive. It is commonly used in villa areas and high-end residential areas.
5. For Stainless Steel door, because stainless steel is difficult to shape and cannot present a more three-dimensional and complex design. The color is relatively single (silver white) and the style is relatively simple
6. For Door with Foam Core, The surface looks magnetic, but in fact, because there is a sandwich of foam and wood inside, the magnetic suction will be very weak, so that the hook cannot be used.
7. For Painted Metal Door, There is an obvious layer of paint on the surface that is believed to be brushed. If it is thick or rough, magnetic hooks cannot be used.
What door is fit for our hanger?

1. Iron door and Iron alloy door, usually it’s our yard door, warehouse door.
2. Steel door which contains iron element, such as Low carbon steel and high carbon steel door, usually it’s our Entrance security door.
How much weight can the hook bear?
1. It depends on the material of your door, pls. check it.
2. Normally, the Carbon steel doors can only bear around 2.8lb and the solid Iron can bear 7.7lb.
Most front doors are made of Carbon Steel, so it is recommended to hang some lighter wreath.
If it is a solid iron door, you can hang a heavier one.
