Smart Scale for Body Weight, Body Pod Scale [2026 Upgraded], 8-Electrode Body Composition Scale with BMI, Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Digital Bathroom Scale with Larger Platform, Bluetooth

To ensure accurate measurement

Place scale on a flat/hard surface

Check scale legs/pads for obstructions or damage that affect balance

Keep your weight centered directly above the scale as much as possible

Wait for auto-shutoff(about10 sec)before measuring again

Avoid moving scale

Why do body composition results vary?

BIA results may vary with hydration, meals, exercise, or measurement time. For consistent trends, measure barefoot at the same time each day under similar physical conditions.

Why does the scale show weight only?

Complete your profile and add the scale in the FITINDEX App. Measure barefoot with dry feet, hold the handle correctly, contact all 8 electrodes, and remain still until completion.

How do I connect or sync the scale?

Enable Bluetooth and Location permission for Android. Add the scale inside the FITINDEX App, not in your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Keep the phone nearby and step on the scale to activate it.

What if the scale will not turn on or reset to zero?

Replace all 3 AAA batteries together and close the battery cover securely. Return the handle to the scale, reinstall the batteries, and wait for zero on a hard, flat floor.
