While hanging the Harkla Sensory Swing can be intimidating, we provide you with video and written instructions on how to find the joist in your ceiling, drill the holes, and get the ceiling hook installed. We're here to help if needed!
What's the difference between the Harkla Sensory Swing and Others on ?
The Harkla Sensory Swing is designed by a team located in Boise, Idaho. Since we're U.S. based, we have all of our products 3rd party tested to meet US Child Product Certification requirements. This means our products are safe and secure.
What are the benefits of a Sensory Swing?
Sensory Swings are able to give compression as well as the swinging motion. In therapy, we call this vestibular and proprioceptive input. This can help child feel calm and relaxed. It can also provide Sensory Seekers safe sensory input!
What are the ceiling height requirements for the Harkla Sensory Swing?
At a minimum, you will need a ceiling that is at least 6 and 1/2 feet heigh. And the high end, with the adjustable daisy chain, you can get up to 10 ft with what's included. With more carabiners & daisy chains, you can get as heigh as you would like.
