Why can't my iPhone charge wirelessly?
Qi2 wireless fast charging only supports iPhone 12-17 series, iPhone 12 series requires iOS 17.4 or later, iPhone 13-17 series requires iOS 17.2 or later.
Why does the power bank get warm during use?
Mild warmth is normal during wireless charging due to energy conversion. Operates safely between 98-113°F(37-45°C) at room temperature (77°F/25°C). Certified compliant with IEC 62365-1 safety standards.
Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
The capacity reduction during charging is due to a 30% to 40% energy loss in the battery cells and conversion cicuitry. Therefore, a fully charged power bank 10,000mAh offers an estimated 6,000mAh to 7,000mAh to power devices.
Why does charging stop at 80%?
Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17's thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cool down, moving it to a cooler spot can speed up this process.
Can l use this power bank with a phone case?
For optimal wireless charging pertormance, we recommend using MagSafe-compatible cases. Avoid thick cases (over 3mm/0.1in), metal cases, or cases with magnetic shielding.
