I have a Gigabyte motherboard GA-B85M-DS3H-A (v1.0) for i7-470 (LGA 1150), will this module support my motherboard? If not, do you have other TPM module (prefer 2.0, but 1.2 is ok) compatible for my motherboard?

This module is not universal and requires checking the module required by your particular motherboard. It is a TPM 1.2 version and not TPM 2.0.
