Using Instructions: Put the item into water to soak for 15-20 minutes before you connect it to the air pump. Use the suction cups to secure the LED fixture in place, or set the fixture on the aquarium floor and cover it with gravel. Connect the plug to outlet and create a drip loop to prevent water from traveling along the cord and contacting the plug. Air pump power should >8W.
