Why didn't the light turn on after I turned on the switch after receiving it?
Due to the product's sensitivity to light sources, please fully cover the solar panel after turning on the switch, and then check if the light can be turned on.
I fully covered the solar panel, but after turning on the switch, the light still didn't come on. Is the light broken?
It is possible the battery drained during shipping. Before first use, turn on the switch, place the product in a location where the solar panel can receive direct sunlight , and charge for 10-12 hours. Then start using it.
