- 2. It's not suitable for something really hard like some spices, beans. NOT A COFFEE GRINDER. It's not suitable for ingredients that really needed to be ground into very fine powders.
- 3. If the item you receive doesn't work: it is about a 99.8% possibility that the item is out of power.
- 4. To extend the battery life, please charge the grinder for 8 hours before the first use.
- 5. If no indicator light is on when you connected the item to the power supply, it may be that the battery has entered a hibernation state due to a long standby state. In such time, you just need to charge it continuously for about 8 hours to activate the battery.
- 6. It requires a certain volume in order to work (over 60% of the max capacity), and when the material filled in is about 80% of the max capacity, it works best.
- 7.It will automatically stop after continuously working for 30 seconds. If the herb is not so delicate as you expected, continue to press the inching switch for processing.
- 8.When the main engine is installed correctly, the blue indicator light flashes 5 times.
