What hair types is this thermal brush suitable for?
The TYMO hot comb is specifically designed for Type 1A-3B hair (straight to wavy textures), effectively smoothing frizz and creating sleek/curled styles. However, it is not recommended for Type 4 hair.
Why does my hair get suck/pulled?
We recommend thoroughly detangling your hair before use to smooth out strands. It’s also important to section your hair—work with small, manageable portions, ideally 1.5–2 inches of hair at a time.
Can this product blow hot air or dry wet hair?
No. This is a pure thermal styling tool that straightens/curls hair through heat conduction. This is not a hair dryer brush, blow dryer or hot air brush, and does not possess hair drying functions.
