No voltage switch, is this really dual voltage?

Why does it stop working? Is it defective?
It has overheat protection. It auto shuts down after long use or blocked vents. Just cool it down then restart.
Why does the hot air brush have a slight plastic smell when first opened?
A mild plastic odor is normal for new units, coming from brand-new materials. It is non-toxic and will disappear quickly after ventilation, with no impact on your health or daily use.
