A : Our 12-inch under-cabinet lights have been upgraded from 350 to 450 lumens at the same 4W, a 30% increase in brightness that meets the A++ standard.
Q : How to choose the Color Temperature?
A : 6500K Cool White light, Bright and Vibrant, suitable forWorkPlace lighting;
. . . 3000K Warm White light, Darker Relaxing and Warm, suitable for Leisure Place lighting.
Q : Can I use Wifi control?
A : You can control the lights ON/OFF with a Smart Plug or Timer, but you Can't Dim the lights.
Q : Are 3M's two-sided adhesive pads old stock?
A : No, it's new! The 3M stickers are Temperature-Resistant ( -30°C to 90°C ), Waterproof (IP7) and Non-Marking stickers, work in Harsh Environments.

Q : Why is the light delayed when I turn on the light with the socket switch?
A : The transformer needs time to start, High Power transformers require Longer Start-Up Time.
. . . If you Touch the Dimmer Directly to turn on the light is No Time Delay, if you use a Smart Plug or Timer to turn on the lights, there will also be a delay.
