Why does the packaging look different from the pictures?
We are currently updating our packaging. You may receive your item in either the new or old version of the box. Please rest assured that the product inside is exactly the same high-quality under-cabinet light.
What is included in the Connector Kit?
The included accessories vary depending on the kit length you choose:
16.4ft kit: 2pin Connector ×3, Versatile Angle Connector ×1, 20AWG Extension Wires 4.9ft
32.8ft kit: 2pin Connector ×6, Versatile Angle Connector ×2, 20AWG Extension Wires 9.8ft
Can I adjust the color temperature (e.g., switch from 2700K to 6000K) on this Under Cabinet Lighting through the App?
No, each Under Cabinet Lighting model comes with a fixed color temperature — it cannot be changed via App or remote. Just pick the version you like before buying: 2700K for cozy warm white, or 6000K for crisp bright white.
Does the controller have physical buttons for operation?
No. This under-cabinet LED light has no physical buttons. Use the included remote (battery pre-installed) or Bluetooth app.
Is the Under Cabinet LED Lighting easy to install, and does the adhesive backing hold securely?
Yes. This Under Cabinet LED Lighting kit installs quickly and easily. The COB LED strip uses premium 3M adhesive backing for strong, durable adhesion on clean, dry surfaces, keeping it securely in place for long-lasting use.
