No. They are controlled by pressing the lens or using the included IR remote. Each light uses 3 replaceable AA batteries and does NOT include a motion sensor, USB port or built-in rechargeable battery.
2. How many AA batteries are required for these puck lights? Can i use rechargeable AA batteries?
Each puck light requires 3 AA batteries, so the 6-pack requires 18 AA batteries(not included). Yes, using rechargeable AAs get the convenience of AA batteries without disposable waste. You can keep a charged set ready to swap in instantly.
3. How long will the AA batteries last in these puck lights?
Battery life depends on battery capacity and usage of the lights. Lower brightness and auto-off timers help extend it. In our tests, good alkalines lasted about 60 hours at full brightness.
4. Will these puck lights remember the latest setting? light color, brightness, and auto-off timer, etc.
Your Color, mode, and brightness settings are saved until you change the AA batteries. Turn them on and your favorite vibe is ready. The Countdown timer settings are one-time selection and are not saved or repeated daily.
5. What surfaces are suitable for the double-sided adhesive installation?
