Not suitable for multi-color mix Bonded LED lamps (such as RGB lamps / lamps, table lamps, fans, energy saving lamps, incandescent lamps, etc.)
Please turn off power before installing this dimmer in case of electricity shock ( 12v dimmer switch control mode is knob-operated control)
- Why do products sometimes make noise?
When the position of the wire head is not connected to the screw of the dimmer in place or the poor power supply on the market is used to connect the product, it will cause a large current sound (that is, noise) during adjustment.
- When you connect the dimmer, power supply and LED light, please ensure that the number of volts of the light and power supply is the same, otherwise the following bad effects will appear:
When the 24V power supply and 12V light are connected to the dimmer at the same time, the light strip will have bright, but it cannot be adjusted and will break the light strip;
When the 12V power supply and 24V light strip are connected to the dimmer at the same time, the light will not shine. These two situations are caused by the mismatch between the light strip and the power supply, which has nothing to do with this product, please replace the appropriate light strip or power supply (this page only sells dimmers, if necessary, you can consult our service team).
- After selecting the appropriate power supply and lamp belt, please note that it is connected to the correct position, otherwise the following bad effects will appear:
When the line of the lamp belt and the line of the power supply are connected to the opposite position of the dimmer (IN/OUT), the lamp belt will not shine and will not work;
When the positive and negative electrodes of the power supply or the positive and negative electrodes of the lamp belt are reversed, the lamp belt can shine, but the dimmer can not be adjusted. Check whether the above two cases are correctly connected.
