How do I pair the lock with the app?
Press the "#" key or place your finger on the fingerprint reader to wake the lock. Then open the app, tap the "+" icon in the top-right corner of the home screen, and choose "Add Device." The app will automatically scan for the lock that’s ready to be added; follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Which app does this lock use?
It works with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app—both are free and can be downloaded from your app store.
NOTE:
1. In its factory-default state, any fingerprint can unlock the door; this is normal behavior and not a product defect.
2. This lock uses a power-saving design: when idle, Bluetooth automatically disconnects to conserve battery. To reconnect, simply press the # key or touch the fingerprint sensor to wake Bluetooth up.
3. A 5V 1A charger is recommended; please do not use a fast charger.
