Grade 1 Commercial Door Lever: Heavy Duty and Secure. ANSI/BHMA 156.5 Grade 1 Certified, UL Listed (Fire Rated up to 3 hours), ADA Compliant, over 1,000,000 cycles. This commercial entry lock features two locking methods: 1. Push and Turn Button Lock: Push and turn the button inside to lock; the outside lever requires a key until the inside turn button is manually unlocked. The inside lever remains free. 2. Push Button Lock: Lock and unlock using the push button inside; unlock with a key from the outside. The inside lever stays free for emergency exit. 70mm Brass Latch: 2-3/4" backset latch fits door thickness from 1-1/2 in to 2 in. Materials and Finish: Zinc alloy, stainless steel, and brass. Satin chrome 26D finish. Non-handed: This Grade 1 lever is suitable for both left and right handed doors
