What does (Downgrade From Windows 10 Pro) mean? Can I  run Wdws 10 on it and does it run / operate well?

I really don't know. The computer came with Windows 7 pro installed. With my computer I received 2 sets of DVDs. One set was Windows 7 pro with driver and recovery DVD. The other set was Windows 10 pro with a driver and recovery DVD.
I installed the Windows 10 pro to learn the idiosyncrasies of that system while my desktop is running Windows 7 Ultimate with my graphic software.
After the installation of windows 10, be prepared to do a lot of updating! I like the computer!
It is well made with what seems to be metal, weighs a bit more that the inexpensive HP that it's replacing. Be prepared to use apps instead of programs which is something that I originally was not prepared for prior to using Windows 10.
