One microphone won’t turn on, what should I do?
Ensure the microphone is fully charged. Use the included USB cable to charge it. The indicator light should turn red while charging and go off when fully charged. If the issue persists, check if the correct charging cable is being used.
Why won’t the microphone connect to my speaker? / Why the microphone and receiver failed to connect?
Ensure your speaker has a 6.35mm or 3.5mm audio input, as the microphone system is only compatible with such devices. This system is not compatible with phones, computers, or tablets. / Please scroll to "Videos for this product" to view the solution.
Why is there no sound or very low sound from the microphone?
Check your sound system’s volume settings and ensure the microphone volume button is properly adjusted. Also, try switching the microphone channel to avoid interference.

The microphone’s effective range is 100 feet. Obstacles like walls or electronic devices may interrupt the signal, so it's best to use it in open spaces.
