ZealSound Gaming Microphone for Xbox
Why isn’t my microphone working with Xbox?
For Xbox use, turn on the mic first and make sure it has battery power before connecting it to your controller. This mic must be powered on to work in Xbox mode. Compatible with Xbox Series S/X and Xbox One S/X.
Does this microphone really work with Xbox consoles?
Yes. The BD9 connects directly to your Xbox controller using the included 3.5mm audio cable and supports Xbox Series S/Series X and Xbox One S /Xbox One X for stable, zero-latency voice chat without splitters or extra cables.
Can I use this microphone with a PC, Mac, or phone?
Yes. The BD9 supports wired USB-C connections for Windows PCs, Mac computers, laptops, USB-C tablets, most Android phones, and newer USB-C iPhone models. No drivers or software installation required.
Can I mount it on a boom arm?
Yes. The mic supports 5/8" thread boom arms and microphone stands—simply remove it from the desktop stand and mount it on a boom arm for flexible, hands-free positioning during gaming or streaming.
How does the noise reduction feature work?
The BD9 includes built-in DSP noise reduction that helps reduce background sounds like fans, keyboards, and nearby conversations. Long-press the mute control to activate noise reduction, allowing the microphone to focus more clearly on your voice.
