Yes, it is. It's the best set of headphones I've ever bought and I've been through quite a few trying to find a set that works for me.

Are these adjustable for those of us with small heads?

These are adjustable. I barley use the adjustment though. I'm not sure if I have a small head or if it's bigger than normal. I hope this helps.

Where do you download the drivers that work for Win 10? CD doesn't work, and I can't run the setup.exe

I didn't install any drivers, upon plug in to both ps4 and pc running windows 10 ver 1703 they detected and worked fine. I use them weekly without isdie

Are they truly noise canceling?

They cut out a lot of external noise. I have to take them off to understand what someone is saying to me.
