I have a big head.  Hat size is 7 1/2 to 8.  Will this fit my huge cranium comfortably?

My head is about the same size and it fits mine comfortably. The only problem I have is sometime I like to play with one ear open (due to the need to hear the kids) and it becomes a little tight when I do that. However, when I wear them as they were meant to be worn they are very comfortable.

How good is the mic quality?

It's pretty good. Clear and loud but not the same level as the stand alone microphones that youtubers use. I've never had a problem with someone understanding what I'm saying.

didn't measure exactly but 10-12 ft.

Question 4

The pictures and description indicate this is a wired headset. But the Specifications list it as bluetooth. Is this headset wireless or not?

It's not wireless. It doesn't have bluetooth either, just a standard wired headset with good stereo.

does this work with a ps4?

It works, but the volume adjustment on the headset does not work. You have to bring the ps4 music menu up on the ps4 by pressing and holding the home button on the controller to lower or raise the volume.
