Q&A
Complaint: These earphones have no BASS! I should have bought anything else.
Answer: 1. A proper seal is important to get well based on IEMs. Somebody was able to get a good seal with the rubber tips. If want to get better isolation and bass response, you can try the foam tips on earbuds. (5mm Comply foam tips).2.If you want better sound, you can always tweak that on your soundboard EQ.
Complain: These headphones won't stay in my ears.
Answer: Part of the cord is the "hold shape" type cord for a reason. if you have it "hanging" down from your ears you are wearing the earphones incorrectly. You probably need to swap the L and R cables... now get the cable so it exits the earphone "upwards" towards the top front of your ears. the "hold shape" cord will then wrap around the top of your ears. This is a very "stable" shape. and will hold even during rigorous activities.
Complain Detaches from the earbud.

Take Note
When you read IEM reviews that when the reviewer gives his/her opinion regarding the sound that there are many factors that shape the final sound an IEM delivers to one's ear. Those factors include:
1 - Shape and size of the reviewer's ear canals. (shallow or deep, wide or narrow)
2 - Shape and size of the ear tips [round or cone, single, double or triple flange] & proper fit
3 - Materials of the eartips (silicone/foam)
4 - Shape of the IEM (and/or angle of the nozzle) can cause fitment issues for some.
5 - Source (quality of smartphone, laptop, digital audio player) is amplified/unamplified.
6 - The IEM itself (driver flex possible due to trapping air in canal causing muffled sound.
7 - The Reviewers ability to hear all frequency ranges (age plays a factor).
Please lower music volume before connecting earphones with audio devices to avoid earbud's diaphragm damage.
Burn the earbuds in low volume for 24 hours, the sound will be better.
Suggested having a rest for a few minutes after every two hours.
