What is the function of In-line Controls?
It support features to answer/end/cancel MS Teams calls, adjust volume +/-, and mute/unmute the microphone.
Is the call button compatible with Skype or Zoom meeting?
You can use it to answer or end calls from Skype for Business on Microsoft Teams Software. This button is partially compatible with Zoom, you can press the button to answer calls, but you need to hang up on your computer.
Can I use this USB headset on Mac and Windows PC?
Yes. It works with all devices with USB-A Connection. Plug and play, no drivers needed. (Friendly Note: NOT fully compatible with iPhone mobile phone even if you use an adapter.)
Does this wired headset have Noise Cancellation features?
The C700TA has Dual ENC(environmental noise cancelling) Microphones. This headset can effectively reduce unwanted background noise, bring you a better call experience.
What should I do if I can’t hear the caller’s voice when connected to my computer?
When using online conference Software, please check the both settings of both the Computer and Software to make sure “USB Headphone” is selected as the default output and input device (speaker/microphone).
