Yes, it does. There's a mute button on the side of the usb wireless headset that's really easy to press. And if you pair the wireless computer headset with your computer using a USB dongle, the mute button will work on the computer too.
What do I do if my mic isn't picking up any sound when I'm connected to the computer?
When you're on a call using conferencing software, make sure to double-check the sound settings on both your computer and the software. Make certain that [BT-88] is set as the default for both output (speaker) and input (microphone).
I work from home using call center wireless headset, can it effectively cancel out background noise?
Yes, it can. Our wireless headset can cancel out up to 99.9% of background noise, like kids screaming, dogs barking, TV in the background, and stuff like that. It'll make sure the person on the other end of the call gets a much clearer experience.
Can I use the headset with microphone to answer or hang up calls?
If the headset is connected to your phone, you can click the MFB to answer or hang up calls on the headset. But if it's connected to your computer, you'll need to answer the call on the computer. Note: The MFB won't work with desk phones or landlines
