Working Requirements:


1. Your usb c adapter or power bank should has enough power to support your laptop. For example, the input for Jumper EZbook 2 3 6 Pro 3S S4 V3 V4 is 12V 3A 36W, your USB C adapter should be not lower than 36w, otherwise, it does not work. We suggest you use 65W USB C adapter to charge it, this is better.

2. The input for the Laptop is DC 12V, not DC 19V.
