Question 1

Does this come with Windows 10 pre installed?  The overview mentions Windows 8.1.

It's not pre-installed but a disk (?) comes with it for W10
i bought this on my tech's recommendationf b/c he'd bought aboiut 20 o them for hs day-job boss's workpllace andhe  believes this is a really good computer at a really good price.  I'm a technoklutz so he put the W10 in and also my data and then another 16G of RAM.  I don't game, but i keep WAY too  many internet windows open & it's working like a champ.  Only a week so far but I love it so far.

Question 2

Does this model have a one TB hard drive?  Does it have the capacity to read CDs and burn CDs?
