I bought this and I am a music producer, I need more internal memory what type do I need and where do I get it?

It looks like the max memory for this unit is 8GB, so you are already topped off.  However, if I am incorrect, you can go to crucial. com, and have them do a scan of your computer to see how high you can go, and what you would need.

what type video ports does this have/does it support two screens?

The specs at HP list that it has 1 VGA and 1 DisplayPort 1.1. It also says that dual displays is possible with an adaptor:
Output connector
-Single DMS-59 connector
-Supports dual analog displays with included DMS-59 to dual VGA Y cable.
-Also supports dual digital displays with an optional DMS-59 to dual DVI cable.

Does this model have an ethernet socket for hard wired wifi?  I like the wireless feature but would still want to be able to plug it in. Thanks for any help you might provide!

Yes there's a hard wired wifi (ethernet) port. Looked up the model from HP. I can't post the link to the specs but the url ends in /document/c03387773 and here's a copy-paste of the relevant info:
