Great Product, but Stuck with Defective One12/23/2020 2:07:02 PM
Pros: Bright
Advertises itself
Easy to use
Cons: -One of the LEDs shorted out within 3 months, emailed the manufacturer more than once, but never received a reply.
-The proprietary cable it comes with to connect to their controller (that only comes with the 24-pin Strimer Plus) is very short and does leave much room for flexibility.
-Depending on your software, the color of the Strimer Plus may not match with the rest of your RGB in your PC
Overall Review: Love the product, but I received a defective one which has one LED busted within 3 months. (I own both the 8-pin and 24-pin, only one LED on my 8-pin Strimer Plus had an issue. I contacted the manufacturer multiple times while it was still within warranty, but never got a response.
You may not be able to handle it.9/3/2020 9:10:44 AM
Pros: Ultimate flex for your pc. Nothing else compares. Absolutely boss. 1000+ FPS* increase [Feeling of Personal Superiority).
I can’t say enough good around the web. I’ve sold a lot of them by word of mouth. I love them. I want to try everything Lian Li right now if I could get it all.
Cons: They could stand to be a bit closer to the gpu-end, but I suspect I can get them closer to the gpu-end by doing part of the process for if you want to flip them over for entering the plug at a different direction/if the plug itself is turned.
Overall Review: Most dank and absurd aftermarket you can do aside from move that toy mouse family and their furniture set into your case.

Overall Review: They're a great edition to my Lian Li build. Easy to connect and looks amazing.
The only one of its kind and it does a good job12/15/2018 8:36:44 AM
Pros: - Really easy to put together and setup
- Looks REALLY good and has a good amount of effects (plus controlling speed and brightness)
Cons: - Would not work with latest RGB Fusion on a GB Aorus Master z390 board via the aRGB header. Tried a whole bunch of things and at one point it ended up screwing up the rest of the argb components. Had to uninstall RGB Fusion and reinstall to get it back but nothing from the Strimer. Ended up using the controller which was included.
Overall Review: - I wish Gigabyte would fix this issue and make it compatible with their software or whatever is going on with it.
Manufacturer Response:

Great idea, could use a little improvement9/18/2019 1:18:45 PM
Pros: Adds a nice wow factor to the system.
Easily daisy chains with strimer rgb motherboard cable.
Cons: If you twist the cable at all or do a 90 degree angle with it, the LEDs are not as bright from end to end. I suspect this is due to the length of the device.
Can be difficult/time consuming to work with.
Also, does not include any converter/adapter cable for syncing to motherboard.
Must have strimer motherboard power cable -OR- converter/adapter cable to control lighting.
Pricey.
Overall Review: If you are an RGB fan and have the extra money, This cable and the strimer rgb motherboard cable are must haves. Be prepared to have to spend extra money for an adapter/converter cable if you want to control the lighting from your motherboard's software.
Quality personalization for your build12/11/2021 4:35:21 PM
Pros: - feels high quality
- simple set up
- included controller has many modes to choose from
Cons: This con is a big one.
Lian li should know by now that most people have unifans or other rgb eco systems that have controllers. They should include adapter cables to plug this into controllers, at the very least into their own unifan controllers. I know they sell argb cable kits separately, but theyre hard to find and expensive.
Overall Review: I would recommend it. I love the way it looks and my Pc functions as normal.
