INCLUDED. This kit uses 1/2 inch pipe and comes with all necessary fittings, flanges, screws, anchors, and a detailed set of instructions. Additionally, we weight tested each rack to determine at what weight the screws will pull out of the wall (if only drilled into drywall) and can report that we had no problems with weights in excess of 50 pounds. And we are reasonably confident in asserting that each rack will comfortably hold fifty pounds of evenly distributed weight under normal conditions.
