Product Description This specification defines the electrical and mechanical requirements for 288-pin, 1.2V (VDD) double data rate, synchronous DRAM, registered dual in-line memory modules (DDR4 SDRAM RDIMMs). The very low profile RDIMM (VLP RDIMM), MiniRDIMM, and VLP MiniRDIMM are also defined by this specification. These DDR4 RDIMMs are intended for use as main memory when installed in servers.
